Yesterday was Father's Day, and try as I might to just let A do anything he wanted, it just didn't happen. There are always church responsibilities for me so he had to get up earlier than usual to get the Bug ready for church, afterward we just spent the rest of the day together, however first I was really tired so he let me take a nap and he listened for the baby while he cried himself to sleep as usual. Than I needed help to get the dinner ready, so he watched the baby while I made the sides, and then he took over cooking the steak. After dinner HE did all the dishes and cleaned up while I played with the baby. When I asked what he was doing? "I'm cleaning up so that we can play games tonight."
We had a great FATHER'S DAY! A always just enjoys being home with us and hanging out- "vegemetating" once the baby was down for the night, than the two of us played a few rounds of "Ticket to Ride- Europe". It was the perfect day.
