There is a local ferry here that crosses the Ohio river (from Kentucky to Ohio) all day long. The ferry service has been around forever. We live about 10 minutes from it and it has taken me all this time to finally ride it. My playgroup gathered today and took the ferry, on foot, and then got ice cream on the other side and then came back. I of course forgot my big camera so all I got were a few shots of Nat with the phone, but I did get the tug boat in the back ground.
Nat loved it, all the fresh air, and watching the older children run around, he really likes little people.
Next time we'll take A and maybe take the car so that we can drive back....
