I started having contractions this afternoon, and then they died off a little toward evening, not knowing what was going on my parents came into town and so we waited and watched the clock. Just before midnight I decided I was tired of waiting and wanted to know what was going on and worth the risk of total humiliation by going to the hospital.
Well, the contractions were working, and by the time we got to the hospital my water had broken, so here I sit waiting. My contractions are still somewhat erratic and only slowly getting stronger, while my support systems sleep, I keep tossing and turning on the oh so VERY comfortable hospital bed (who invented these things and didn't they think that comfort was important?) Anyway, we are expecting the baby sometime today! Here's for hoping sooner rather than later.

Can't imagine what it would be like to be able to blog while I was in labor. I can barely breathe once I start having contractions.... te he he...good luck!!!
