Memorial Day weekend

Camping-- Its all I have wanted to do for a very long time, and it is a love of mine that I want to share with my children, especially since so far they are boys. So we headed out to the Flaming Gorge area, to be close to my parents house, just in case...

Saturday morning we head out to find a camping spot, then maybe a picnic area and then just for a drive, it was pretty cold!
YES this is snow you are seeing, and yes this is the last weekend in May

So we tried again...

Nat was awesome, he wanted to help put up the tent, he loved running around the campsite, we took a little walk around the camp ground, he broke out in hives from the grass, but never complained, he slept awesome in the tent and seemed to love spending that much time outside.

Caleb was great too, with a little extra help.


We went for a short hike on Monday, it was absolutely beauitful, it was hard to remember that it had snowed just 2 days before.


We had a great time, lets do it again.
