3rd Annual Bday trip

We took our annual trip to the mountains for my birthday last weekend. At our house it has been snowing and freezing off an on since CHristmas and we still have quite a lot in our yard so we assumed that we would be able to find lots of snow and actually go snow shoeing this year. But for all that once we got up to the mountains there was certainly a lot less snow than expected, more than we could tell from the road, but needless to say we opted out on snowshoeing and just look a little walk while pulling the boys on sleds. The weather was just about perfect and we all enjoyed our time.

This year we didn't stay in the cabins so that we would have more time with my parents who had a few other obligations while we were there.

Next year snow shoes for sure!!!!
