He has been such a joy in our family. He is our happy, always smiling child. He loves a joke, laughs out loud at funny movies, teases his siblings (on purpose) and generally loves life. Of course he is 3 which means we have our tantrum moments, fighting, independence and sass, but we love him anyway.
(on the side note of birthdays I think I am horrible at them, I am not good at decorating for surprises, even though I think about it for ever. I leave present buying to A, and so that leaves me with the cake, and I love that I get the cake, I love that I get to create, try new recipes and try to come up with the "theme" that will most make the kiddos happy that year, but every year I get so frustrated I inevitably screw up the cake, or frosting or leave it to the last minute, and then I have to make another version, but this year, after the first cake didn't bake fully, and I had to throw it away, I found 1- a new blog I am totally excited about, that 2- had a perfect chocolate cake recipe and suggested the all so wonderful peanut butter accents that led me to a much better cake and probably my favorite cake so far). Isn't it the cutest cake!!!!
