Children need to get to school, the gym is calling you have a meeting that can't be postponed? You live your day.
Food wasn't appetizing so I didn't eat after breakfast. Not my plan, but a good cleanse. And I turned down the cookies that were totally calling to me at the meeting.
Day 3
Still feeling crummy but ate smart today and took as much rest as possible, not much.
