Bikes

I have never been afraid of tools or fixer upper jobs, but sometimes I get worried that I will ruin something beyond repair.  Ali Babe's bike has had a slow leak in it for 6 months and every time he wanted to ride I had to pump the tire up. His father was going to fix it but weekends and even nights at our house stay busy with many things to do.

So I finally got brave and figured it out. I am at home all day and I should know these skills, so there you go. I got the whole thing pulled apart and put back together and started to pump and heard and huge air sound.  Popped tire, brand new. I might have done it, buy today we started over. Found the new tube, checked the other new tube and got it put together. The tire inflated and the kids can ride. I guess I will check tomorrow if it still has air.

Another skill learned.
