We have adjusted for the time being. Nat settled into the family routine, or we rearranged around him fairly quickly. Zara is curiously scared of him. She likes to come up and lick his head or hands, but if he makes any noise she runs to A. Elphie and Percy both have done the curious smelling and wander over as if they aren't interested in this new being, but overa all they have continued their own lives. I do believe they aren't happy about being displaced from the bedroom at night, but we will work on that.
Nat's billirubin (sp) counts were a little elevated before we left the hospital so we have been watching that he seems to have plateaued and should start getting back to normal. He has almost gained his birth weight back, with a little help of formula supplements, but he's feeding really well now and I hope that someday I will be free again to do other things in between feeding and diaper changes (this is during a feeding). He seems to be taking his naps as he feeds, but right now I love being able to cuddle with him, and he is a cuddler.
A is able to stay home this week and we are enjoying the total uncommitted life style to just be the three of us. But I can't wait to be able to show him off to the grandparents during the next few weeks. Plus we will get to see cousin Felix and his parents as well. We are excited to have a cousin so close, both in age and proximity.

Your sounding like a proud mama already. Nat's adorable & seems to have nestled right into your family quite well.
