Updates

Nat got his hair cut yesterday, it went well. Except now I keep seeing the places I messed up on, oh well it will grow out and next time I will know what not to do! I won't do it alone for sure. Anyway, he had his one year appointment this week and is doing AWESOME! Still measuring in the 90% for height at 31 in and 75% for weight at 24lbs 3.5oz. He got 3 of his 6 shots and did well with those too. (I had a thought while I was holding him getting his shots, if our 2 pediatricians would share secrets all babies would go home happy. Our pediatrician in KY used the ultra shots, so they only poked him once even if he was getting multiple vaccines, but they made him lay on the table, which made him mad. Here they used 3 different shots but I was able to just hold him on my lap. If we got the ultra shots and I held him he'd barely notice that he'd been stung!-- Just thoughts)

As for baby no 2- still no name, I had another ultra sound today to double check a couple of things the Dr was concerned with last time. The tech seemed to think everything looked normal this time, but she's not the radiologist. Everything else is great! I am maintaining a good weight for myself. The baby is growing as he should be, heartbeat was fantastic and he is moving up a storm. I know I have said this before, but I very rarely felt Nat move, and then only if I was very still. Not this guy he is doing full gymnastics in my belly, all the time, I am a little nervous for the next few months, if this is what it's like already.

Well A has started taking the cabinets out of my kitchen, we moved the fridge and a couple of cupboards into the living room for a temp kitchen. He says that he is taking out the appliances this weekend and then I will have no water. I am looking forward to the finished project, but wow I forgot what a headache the actual work is!

This baby is a crazy mover...I don't remember my other two being THIS bad. But it is really reassuring not to have to worry about "did I feel them today?" Hopefully everything comes back normal from this ultrasound...
