Valentine's

Valentine's is a great holiday for fun. Regardless of if you think it is a holiday created by the greeting card/ candy companies it is fun to make heart shaped cookies and eat pink colored food. It's also fun to wear red/pink/hearts every day of the week and in every combination. Maybe it's a girl thing!

This wasn't even Valentine's Day yet. Doesn't she look adorable?

I also helped with Bug's school party, we decorated cookies and had a little face painting. The kids really had fun.

A was actually gone all of Valentine's week helping with a convention. By Saturaday I was getting a little stir crazy so I found a hiking trail and took the kids for an hour or so. It was beautiful weather (although I am missing my winter snow) and we had a great time.
