Awards!

Bug's school has a homework book that they handed out the first day of school. It is basically all the concepts that will be taught through out the year, and all the words they need to know. We were allowed to do the work at our own pace and I admit I didn't push too hard. Anyway, we promised Bug a special outing whenever he finished his book. He finished on my birthday (in January) but we didn't have a day for the whole family until this week. He chose to go to the Tree House museum. It is a children's museum we had heard a lot about but never been too. It was pretty cool, it focuses on books so many of the displays have a story connected to them, or an educational theme, but we loved it and it was a great way to celebrate Bug's achievement.
