It started with quesadillas for breakfast.
We decided to let Ali Baba have a party this year as well. He has 1 really good friend from preschool, so we invited him and then he asked to go to a game place. We chose to go to Chuck E. Cheese's. It turned out to be a good thing. We went at an off time so our little kids had the run of the machines for the most part. We had cheap pizza and a show from the mouse himself, and he loved every minute.

It was a pretty big weekend for this little boy.

We we got home we had a dinner of spaghetti and meatballs and cake.
The cakes- I was going to make one nice cake, but then his grandma couldn't
Come for dinner on his birthday, so I made two little cakes. Actually he asked for brownies, so they are brownies.
Darth Vader and C-3p0. I was much happier with the Vader cake.
Today, Sunday, we had another party with his grandma and Aunt and uncle.
I cant't believe he is give already. Someday's he still loves to cuddle and sit on my lap and he reminds me he is still little, but most of the time he wants to be a big kid. He is still our comedian in the family and loves to tease and play. He is totally into super heroes on Star Wars, and seems to know all sorts of things about these characters I have never even heard of.
When he grows up he wants to be a rock star with cool hair. He also thinks he would be happy to work at "Donald Duck's" (ie McDonald's). I will allow him to work there when he is 16 and hopefully that ambition will die its own natural death. He watches too much TV but when I get him outside he is our competitive one. He wants to run the fastest, go the farthest and is always in the lead when we take our walks and bike rides.
He is looking forward to going to school at the big school and getting to have fun activities like his brother. He always wants to play at friends houses (although the doesn't actually have any "friends" of his own. He is brave and loving, kind and mischievous. He is the source of a lot of fun, but also some of my biggest frustrations.
We love having him in our family and he makes our home so much fun!

I'm commenting because I don't want you to think no-one ever checks this or cares -- I do, at least twice a week - and I love seeing what you guys have been up to. Now that you moved above the impossible North Salt Lake barrier I feel like you are a million miles away - which makes me very sad!!! So keep posting! :)
