With the rain the night before and missing some of the places we had wanted to originally stop at, we decided to continue going.
Side note for future travelers. While we were in the Yukon there were pull outs and out houses all along the way. Whenever someone needed a stop it wasn't much time before the opportunity arrived. When we got into British Columbia we found that there were no out houses. There were pull offs with garbage cans, but no where to go potty. All the buildings that we stopped at has pleasants signs that only paying customers were allowed the bathroom. This meant that we started looking for vistor centers, this also allowed us to find out what was in the area.
On of the stops we needed to make was Toad River. We didn't stay long, but we had to get a few pictures.
Our first big stop that day was Fort Nelson. We did stop at the visitor center, but we then went across the road to the Heritage Museum. This place was awesome. It was a small building filled with so many artifacts. The outside was covered in different vehicles, and inside the garage was 20 different old cars that all run properly.
There was a small home and a logging cabin. It was pretty cool.
We drove that day until 9 p.m. we stopped at a campsite just at dusk. We got an early start the next morning.
